Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (hereinafter the “TOU”) apply to any natural or legal person (hereinafter the “User”) who accesses, browses or uses the website www.legalstation.ma, as well as the online services provided by LegalStation.ma. Access, browsing and use imply unconditional and unreserved acceptance of these TOU. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.

LegalStation.ma has no control over the content of third-party websites linked from the Site, even where it provides information or advice to the owners of those sites. LegalStation.ma invites Users to remain vigilant and to report immediately any content on those sites that may breach applicable laws and/or regulations, or the presence of computer viruses. Such reports should be sent to contact@legalstation.ma.

Intellectual property rights

All content on the Site (structure, texts, photographs, illustrations, publications, software, trademarks, logos, etc.), as well as any documents that may be downloadable from the Site, are the property of LEGALSTATION and/or one of its providers. Accordingly, all related rights of use are reserved. Any representation or reproduction of all or part of the protectable elements of the Site, by any means whatsoever, that is not expressly authorised in writing by LEGALSTATION is unlawful and constitutes infringement sanctioned under applicable laws and regulations.

Contributions

LegalStation.ma may allow Users to upload and/or publish content on the Site. Users remain solely responsible for the Contributions they publish and undertake not to disseminate content that is unlawful, malicious, defamatory or contrary to public order. Users indemnify LegalStation.ma against any claims relating to rights in the Contributions they upload to the Site.

Scope of information

Information on the Site may be outdated or inaccurate at the time of consultation by the User and shall in no event constitute or be treated as an official professional report, consultation or advice—legal, accounting, tax, administrative or otherwise. It may not serve as the basis for a decision, project or investment and does not replace consultation with qualified professionals.

7.

Access to the Site

LegalStation.ma does not warrant that the Site is free from defects, errors, viruses or faults, or that it will meet each User’s specific expectations. It reserves the right to suspend access to the Site for maintenance or upgrades without prior notice. LegalStation.ma recommends that Users regularly back up their data.

8.

Payment, cancellation and refund

Service prices are stated in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), all taxes included. Payment is made online via the payment methods offered on the platform. Where a cancellation is accepted before the service has effectively started, the refund is made using the same payment method within a maximum of 14 business days. Any claim must be submitted in writing to contact@legalstation.ma with the order references and supporting documents.

9.

Status

LegalStation is a private administrative support platform specialised in company formation. Our role is to assist clients with the preparation, incorporation and administrative follow-up of their company formation files. It acts as an intermediary and service provider for its clients.

10.

Validity

If any provision of these TOU is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in force. LEGALSTATION undertakes to replace any invalid provision with a similar, legally valid clause.

11.

Governing law

These TOU are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable solution, jurisdiction is conferred on the competent courts of the Kingdom of Morocco.
